Payment & Pricing Integrity

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We utilize Razorpay as our primary encrypted payment gateway architecture. We reserve the right to alter pricing configurations, discontinue SKUs, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The VAMITRA wordmark, Devanagari branding (वामित्र), custom varsity crests, and original Drop motifs (including Kaala Baagh, Rudra Static, and associated graphic layouts) are the exclusive intellectual property of VAMITRA. Any unauthorized replication, distribution, or counterfeit production of our designs will be met with immediate legal escalation under Indian copyright and trademark jurisdictions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of West Bengal.
