Every single piece from VAMITRA is custom-crafted, printed, and manufactured specifically for you at the moment of order placement via our elite production network. Because we do not run a mass-produced warehouse model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please consult our explicit size charts meticulously before committing to a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, severe misprint, or physical damage sustained during transit, we will replace it immediately at zero additional cost to you.

• The Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of verified delivery.

• The Proof: Send an email to ankitmitra999@gmail.com containing your Order ID and a clear, continuous unboxing video alongside high-resolution photos showing the defect and the packaging label.

• The Resolution: Once verified by our quality assurance node, a fresh production print will be prioritized and shipped to your address. No refunds will be issued; structural replacements only.
